12Volt Technology LLC ships via UPS as the primary carrier within USA Territories
12Volt Technology LLC uses USPS and FEDEX for International shipments.
Shipping charges are billed as per website chargers.
Please note all lost or damaged third party shipment claims must be initiated within 48hours of Delivery please email email@example.com
WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY - USA Only.
12Volt Technology offers a return period of 21 days from date of receipt.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.
Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.
Special Order items may not be returned.
Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
The warranty policy is up to the Reseller however we ensure that the Reseller Must have a minimum 21 day Return Policy.
Plus the statue 12 Month warranty on the product sold.
Used or Refurbished:
There is no warranty within our contractual agreement - you need to clarify this with the seller.

All products sold Internationally by 12 Volt Technology LLC are covered by the Manufacturers Standard Warranty Terms and conditions within their own country or territories.
It is the owners responsibility to cover the freight cost to the Manufacturers Nominated Service Centre for Warranty repair or replacement as nominated by the Manufacturer.
12 Volt Technology LLC will not accept returns for International Orders - so please select your product carefully, or contact our sales staff via email email@example.com if you have any concerns.
Tracking is available on all shipments within the United States.
Tracking is available on ALL Fedex International Shipments.
Tracking is only available to major cities using USPS.
Reseller must have shipping Insurance:
All shipments are covered to a maximum of $200 USD for shipping domestically.
If you require Insurance for a greater amount - this will need to be billed and invoiced separately.
